Invecchiamento / Ageing: La vinificazione è avvenuta in acciaio, con la temperatura di fermentazione controllata entro i 20° C. e con affinamento sulle fecce fini per i sei mesi successivi. Il vino non ha fatto la fermentazione malolattica. / With the use of specially selected yeasts the vinification took place in modern stainless steel tanks with the temperature of fermentation controlled below 20° C. For the following 6 months the wine was left in contact with the fine lees. As is the case with all the white wines at Perusini, the wine has not gone through malolactic fermentation,in the effort to retain the original fruit aromas.

Degustazione / Tasting notes:

Colore: giallo paglierino con riflessi dorati.
Al naso: emerge un pronunciato profumo di pompelmo rosa, inoltre vi sono note di fini di sambuco e pesca.
In bocca: risulta caldo e voluminoso. Ha una buona sapidità con retrogusto leggermente pastoso.

Colour: Straw yellow colour.
Nose: shows a pronounced scent of pink grapefruit, there are also hints of elderberry and fishing purposes.
Palate: warm and voluminous. It has a good flavor with a aftertaste slightly pasty.
