Invecchiamento / Ageing: 4 mesi in acciaio e 3 mesi di affinamento in bottiglia / 4 months in steinless stell tanks and 3 months aging in bottle
Colore: Giallo dorato.
Al naso: Fiori bianchi e gialli, note minerali, sentori agrumati, pesca gialla pera e mela verde.
In bocca: Intensa, rinfrescante e piacevole acidità, che si combina bene con le note saline e di agrumi. Lungo finale molto fine al palato.
Colour: Yellow light gold.
Nose: Yellow and white flowers, mineral notes, hints of citrus fruits, white peach, pear and green apple.
Palate: Intense and refreshing yet very pleasant acidity, which verve comingling with sea floor and citrus notes. Lovely long finish that lingers on the palate fine
