I decided to toast to 2020 with 🍾🥂 the bubbles of my friend Valentino produced in collaboration with Riffel Wine, only 168 bottles. Brut Nature 🍇 100% Riesling with fine and persistent bubbles, on the nose notes of yeast, brioche and citrus; the palate is an explosion of freshness.
