🇮🇹 📌Avete mai partecipato a ViniVeri❓❓ E’ stata la mia prima partecipazione a questa manifestazione e devo dire che ho respirato un aria particolarmente festosa ed allegra. La finalità del consorzio ViniVeri è quella di ottenere un vino in assenza di accellerazioni e stabilizzazioni, recuperando il miglior equilibrio tra l’azione dell’uomo ed i cicli della natura.

I 6 vini che mi hanno colpito:

Terrebianche col Fondo 2018 🍇 Pignoletto e Trebbiano Terraquilia
Un vino frizzante non filtrato, che presenta note di fiori di campo ed agrumi, sorso rinfrescante e sorso brioso, con finale sapido.

Mòssca 2008 🍇Moscato bianco e giallo Crocizia
Vino frizzante che si presenta fruttato al naso e piacevolmente tagliente al palato.

Levante90 2018 🍇 Malvasia aromatica di Candia e Spergola – Podere Cipolla
Un vino semplice e dissetante, con frutta a polpa bianca al naso e molto fresco al palato.

Jubilus 2012 🍇 Sangiovese Pian del Pino
Un rosso corposo ed intenso con un importante tannino.

Rosato 2018 🍇 Montepulciano Allevi Maria Letizia
Vino fruttato e fresco con cenni balsamici ed piacevole tannino al palato.

Paià 2017 🍇 Montepulciano e Sangiovese Cameli Irene
Un vino di carattere, tannico con finale morbido.

🇬🇧 📌 Have you ever participated to ‘ViniVeri’❓❓ This year it was my first participation at this event and I must say that I have breathed a particularly festive and cheerful air. The goal of Viniveri is to produce wine whitout external influences intended to speed up or stabilize the winemaking process. They work to restore the harmonious balance between man and the land.

6 wines that impressed me:

Terrebianche col Fondo 2018 🍇 Pignoletto and Trebbiano Terraquilia
An unfiltered sparkling wine, which has notes of wild flowers and citrus fruits, refreshing sip and lively sip, savory aftertaste.

Mòssca 2008 🍇 Moscato white and yellow Crocizia
Fruity sparkling wine with pleasantly acidity on the palate.

Levante90 2018 🍇 Aromatic Malvasia of Candia and Spergola – Podere Cipolla
A simple and refreshing wine, with white fruit on the nose and very fresh on the palate.

Jubilus 2012 🍇 Sangiovese Pian del Pino
A full-bodied and intense red with an important tannin.

Rosato 2018 🍇 Montepulciano Allevi Maria Letizia
Fruity and fresh wine with balsamic hints and pleasant tannins on the palate.

Paià 2017 🍇 Montepulciano and Sangiovese Cameli Irene
Full bodied wine, tannic with a smooth aftertaste.
