🇮🇹 📌 Quante volte vedo post su IG e poi mi viene voglia di un tipo di vino o di un vitigno. E’ successo anche oggi, dopo aver visto il post di Simona. Accade spesso anche a voi ❓ Ed ecco che mi ritrovo ad assaggiare questo 🍇 Riesling 2017 di Domaine Marcel Deiss.                                                         

Il Riesling è un’uva di origine tedesca ed in Alsazia è il vitigno più importante con il suo particolare stile, reso possibile dalle condizioni pedoclimatiche della regione. 
Il Domaine Marcel Deiss si trova a Bergheim, un piccolo villaggio nel cuore della regione vinicola dell’Alsazia, composto da 26 ettari di vigneti collinari. Cantina che lavora in armonia con la natura attraverso la viticoltura biologica e un leggero tocco in cantina.
👀 Giallo paglierino tendente al dorato.
👃🏻 Nota minerale che poi lascia spazio ai sentori fruttati di pesca, mela ed ananas, e floreali di camomilla, per poi aprirsi in una leggera nota di nocciole e mandorle tostate con sottofondo di idrocarburo.
👅 Imponente presenza e struttura, fresco con costante sapidità e finale ammandorlato.                                                    Spero di poterlo assaggiare nuovamente tra due o tre anni.

🇬🇧 📌 So many times I see posts on IG and then I want to drink a type of wine or a vine. It happened again today, after seeing Simona’s post. How often happens to you too ❓ So, today I’m drinking this 🍇 Riesling 2017 Domaine Marcel Deiss.

Riesling is a grape of German origin and in Alsace is the most important wine grape variety with its individual style, made possible by the region’s pedoclimatic conditions.
Domaine Marcel Deiss is located in Bergheim, a small village nestling in the heart of the wine region of Alsace, consists of 26 hectares of hillside vineyards. They seeks to work with nature in his winemaking through organic viticulture and a light touch in the winery.                                               

👀 Pale yellow tending to golden.                                                                                                                                                   👃🏻 Mineral note, fruity hints of peach, apple and pineapple, and flowers chamomile, and then opens in a light note of toasted hazelnuts and almonds with background of hydrocarbon.                                                                                                          👅 Imposing presence and structure, fresh with constant sapidity and almond aftertaste.                                                              I hope I’ll have a chance to try again in two or three years.
