Barbaresco 2015 – Morra Gabriele

🇮🇹 Il vino è il compagno ideale dei festeggiamenti e nei giorni importanti non manca mai sulla mia tavola. Per il sesto compleanno di mio figlio, 14 febbraio, ho stappato questo Barbaresco, naturalmente dell’anno di nascita del mio super eroe, 2015.  🎈 #winelover segui anche tu le annate delle date più importanti❓

La Cantina Morra Gabriele si trova ad Alba ed è la storia di due amici, Gabriele e Stefano, che riescono a portare avanti il sogno di produrre vino seguendo la pratica della biodinamica, con i tempi di potature e lavorazioni del terreno dettati dalle fasi lunari e pratica del sovescio. 

Sei come me un #Nebbiololover❓ Questo Barbaresco 2015 racconta fin dal primo sguardo la storia del territorio in cui prende forma e le tradizioni popolari (mi viene in mente la festa popolare a fine vendemmia). Un vino prodotto nel pieno rispetto del concetto di ‘terroir’: terreno, clima, vitigno, persone, storia, cultura e tradizioni. Un Nebbiolo delicatamente equilibrato con un tracciato organolettico e sensoriale espressione stretta della relazione con il territorio.

👨‍🌾18 mesi botte grande e 6 mesi in bottiglia.
👀Granato classico con riflessi mattone.
👃Racconta ribes, ciliegia e confetture, violetta, fiori appassiti, chiodi di garofano ed un tocco di cioccolato. 
👅Elegante, fine e pungente. Lunga ed appagante la tensione tra tannini e immediatezza fruttata.

🇬🇧 Wine is the ideal companion of celebrations and on important days is always on my table. For my son’s sixth birthday, February 14th, I opened this Barbaresco, of course the year of the birth of my super hero, 2015. 🎈 #winelovers do you follow the vintages of the most important dates?❓

Morra Gabriele Winery is located in Alba and is the story of two friends, Gabriele and Stefano, who manage to carry on the dream of producing wine following the practice of biodynamics, with the times of pruning and tillage of the soil dictated by the lunar phases and practice of green manure.

Are you #Nebbiololovers❓ This Barbaresco 2015 tells from the first glance the history of the territory and the popular traditions (I’m thinking of the popular festival at the end of the harvest). A wine produced in full respect of the concept of ‘terroir’: soil, climate, grape variety, people, history, culture and traditions. A delicately balanced Nebbiolo with an organoleptic and sensorial trace close expression of the relationship with the territory.

👀Classic garnet with brick reflections.
👃It tells of currant, cherry and jams, violet, dried flowers, cloves and a touch of chocolate. 
👅Elegant, fine and pungent. Long and satisfying the tension between tannins and fruity immediacy.
