A soli ventisette anni, Simone ha tradotto in realtà ciò che da sempre desiderava realizzare: produrre vino. 🍇 Barbera 👨‍🌾 Vinificazione a temperatura controllata acciaio, macerazione dei mosti a contatto delle bucce per 6-7 giorni.
👀 Rubino.
👃 Esordio con frutto freschissimo e spezie. Si pronuncia con more selvatiche, ribes, lamponi, pepe rosa, noce moscata e chiodi di garofano.
👅 La freschezza al palato è precisa ed inesorabile, con frutta freschissima e spezie generose, per poi chiudere sapido.
Barbera d’Asti estremamente piacevole con un rapporto qualità prezzo veramente sorprendere.

I had the pleasure of virtually meeting Simone. At the age of twenty-seven, Simon translated into reality what he had always wanted to achieve: produce wine. A dream in the heart, a genuine passion, a spirit of sacrifice and a project well planned and achievable, are the ingredients that Simone put on the plate to start Winecage.

👨‍🌾 Vinification at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, maceration in contact with the skins for 6-7 days.
👀 Ruby red.
👃 It begins with fresh fruit and spices. It is pronounced with wild blackberries, currants, raspberries, pink pepper, nutmeg and cloves.
👅 The freshness on the palate is precise and inexorable, with fresh fruit and generous spices, sapid aftertaste.
Barbera d’Asti extremely pleasant with a really surprising value for money.
