🇮🇹🎈La vita è un casino meraviglioso❗ Soprattutto quando ho tra le mani un calice di buon Merlot❗ Siete d’accordo❓

La vita con luccicanti etichette può essere un bene prezioso, etichette meravigliose da apprezzare, stappare e bere nel miglior modo possibile, assieme ad un gruppo di amici. Insomma un modo per godere la vita da diversi punti di vista: lato estetico, gustativo ed emozionale.

Mi raffiguro il lato estetico ed il lato gustativo come una danza a due, ognuno rispetta ciò che l’altro ha da offrire, per esprimere al meglio la loro essenza.

🍇Merlot 
👨‍🌾Diraspatura senza pigiatura, fermentazione in acciaio con frequenti rimontaggi, macerazione sulle bucce per 20 giorni, svinatura e affinamento in acciaio.
👀Rosso rubino intenso.
👃Al naso è intenso e si apre su note vegetali di peperone e balsamiche di menta e ginepro, emergono poi mirtillo, ribes e more, bacche di goji su uno sfondo di chiodi di garofano e cipria.
👅Il sorso si apre mostrando la sua vena calorica, che accompagna tutto il percorso, decisamente contrastata da una spalla fresca e da una trama tannica puntuale. Lungo finale con epilogo di arancia sanguinella.

Life with sparkling labels can be a precious asset, wonderful labels to appreciate, open and drink in the best possible way, together with a group of friends. In short, a way to enjoy life from different points of view: aesthetic, gustatory and emotional side.

I depict the aesthetic side and the taste side as a dance for two, everyone respects what the other has to offer, to better express their essence.

🍇Merlot 
👨‍🌾Destemming without crushing, fermentation in steel with pumping over, maceration on the skins for 20 days, racking and aging in steel vats.
👀Intence ruby red.
👃Intence nose, opens on vegetal notes of pepper and balsamic mint and juniper, then emerges blueberry, currant and blackberry, goji berries on a background of cloves and powder.
👅The mouthfeel opens to show its caloric vein, which accompanies the entire route, decidedly contrasted by a fresh shoulder and a punctual tannic texture. Long finish with an epilogue of blood orange.
