2. La camminata tra i filari e le stradine strette sotto il Castello di Segonzano ci ha permesso di apprezzare la bellezza naturale della Val di Cembra e ci ha fatto sentire un pò come i guardiani della valle.

3. La degustazione presso la cantina Barone a Prato in Val di Cembre ci ha avvolti un un’atmosfera d’altri tempi. Ogni calice di vino, assaporato tra le mura intrise di tradizione, ha raccontato storie di passione e amore per la terra.

4. La masterclass sui vini della Val di Cembra, tenuta magistralmente da Roberto, è stato un momento formativo unico ed allo stesso tempo piacevole.

5. Serata coinvolgente tra musica, balli, cibo e vino a “Baiti En Festa”, evento che celebra la cultura e la tradizione della valle.

6. La visita all’acetaia di Pojer e Sandri è stato uno dei momenti più sorprendenti perchè quest’esperienza mi ha fatto completamente rivalutare l’aceto, rivelandomi la sua versatilità e ricchezza di sapori.

7. Della Blind Battle ho già parlato nel precedente post; si tratta di una sfida tanto divertente quanto istruttiva, in cui non manca mai una sana tensione. Occasione ideale per mettere alla prova le proprie conoscenze e affinare le capacità degustative. 

Natura incontaminata, vini pregiati, arrampicata e trekking, cultura e tradizioni, arte, deliziosa gastronomia, relax e benessere, sono aolo alcune delle ragioni per scoprire questa valle affascinante❗

1. Dinner with typical local products in Cantina Simoni, every bite was a wander in the Cembran culinary tradition.

2. The walk through the rows and narrow streets under the Castle of Segonzano allowed us to appreciate the natural beauty of the Val di Cembra and made us feel a bit like the guardians of the valley.

3. The tasting at the winery of the Baron in Prato in Val di Cembra has enveloped us in an atmosphere of the past. Each glass of wine, tasted within the walls steeped in tradition, told stories of passion and love for the land.

4. The masterclass on Val di Cembra wines, masterfully held by Roberto, was a unique and at the same time pleasant formative moment.

5. An engaging evening of music, dancing, food and wine at “Baiti En Festa”, an event that celebrates the culture and tradition of the valley.

6. The visit to the acetaia of Pojer and Sandri was one of the most surprising moments because this experience made me completely reevaluate the vinegar, revealing its versatility and richness of flavors.

7. I already talked about the Blind Battle in the previous post; it is a challenge as fun as it is instructive, in which there is never a lack of healthy tension. Ideal opportunity to test your knowledge and refine your tasting skills.
