SoloUva, non è solo il nome, ma un metodo con il quale vengono prodotti i vini di questa azienda. La raccolta delle uve avviene a maturazione fenologica, per far esprimere le caratteristiche varietali, e viene utilizzato il mosto delle stesse uve in tutte le fasi della vinificazione, senza alcune aggiunta di zucchero di canna. Il risultato è un Franciacorta ‘differente’, un vino espressione di una perfetta simbiosi tra le caratteristiche ambientali del territorio e le pratiche colturali adottate.

🥂🍾 Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero 🍇 Chardonnay Affinamento sui lieviti per 36 mesi, poi in bottiglia per altri 6 mesi.

👀 Bianco paglierino brillante con perlagé fine e persistente. 
👃🏻 Agrumi e mela si intrecciano con sentori erbacei e minerali, dietro un sottofondo di crosta di pane.  
👅 Il sorso è pieno e cremoso, con vivace freschezza e puntuale sapidità nel finale.

SoloUva is not just the name, but but is also the method by which the wines of this winery are produced. The grapes are harvested at phenological maturation, to express the varietal characteristics, and the grape must of the same grapes is used in all steps of winemaking, without any addition of cane sugar. The result is a ‘different’ Franciacorta, a wine which is the expression of a perfect symbiosis between the environmental characteristics of the territory and the cultivation practices adopted.

🥂🍾 Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero 🍇 Chardonnay Aging on the yeast for 36 months, then in bottle for 6 months.

👀 Brilliant yellow straw with fine and persistent perlagé.
👃🏻 Citrus and apple are combined with herbaceous and mineral hints, behind a background of bread crust.
👅  The mouthfeel is full-bodied and and creamy, with lively freshness and punctual sapidity aftertaste.
