🇮🇹 🎈Grazie a SipsAroundTheGlobe ho avuto il piacere di assaggiare Lion and Lily 2018, blend di Merlot e Cabernet Sauvignon, le due uve a bacca rossa più rappresentative dell’area di Bordeaux. Les Vignerons de Tutiac è una cooperativa composta da 450 viticoltori fondata su valori comuni di cooperazione, sostegno e cordialità. I vigneti sono sparsi nel nord della Gironda, nelle denominazioni di Bordeaux, Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux e Côtes de Bourg, dove beneficiano del clima oceanico, su un terreno calcareo – argilloso.

👃Si alternano ribes, mora e prugna, violetta e rabarbaro, peperone verde e pepe rosa.
👅Corrispondenza con il naso, mora e prugna. L’astringenza dei tannini si contrappone alla morbidezza ed all’alcool. Conclusione su ritorni vegetali.

🇬🇧 🎈Thanks to Sipsaroundtheglobe I had the pleasure to taste Lion and Lily 2018, a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, the two most representative red berried grapes of the Bordeaux area. Les Vignerons de Tutiac is a cooperative of 450 winegrowers based on common values of cooperation, support and friendliness. The vineyards are scattered in the north of the Gironde, in the denominations of Bordeaux, Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux and Côtes de Bourg, where they benefit from the oceanic climate, on a calcareous – clayey soil.
