🇮🇹 🎈#winelovers come trascorrete la pausa pranzo❓ Durante la bella stagione, in attesa delle vacanze e di pranzare in riva al mare, ho l’abitudine di uscire dal mio studio e godermi un’oretta di aria e di sole in pieno relax in pineta, in modo da liberarmi di un pò dallo stress e tornare davanti al computer con la mente più libera e gli occhi meno stanchi. E’ inevitabile che i momenti di distensione debbano essere accompagnati da un calice di vino, possibilmente fresco e beverino come Critone di Librandi, bianco che rinfresca con la sua vena acida, ma attenzione che la bottiglia finisce molto rapidamente 😁. La cantina si trova a Cirò Marina, sul versante del Mar Jonio, a conduzione familiare, rappresenta un punto di riferimento dei vini della regione.

🍇Chardonnay 90% e Sauvignon 10%.
👀Paglierino luminoso.
👃Al naso ricordi di pesca bianca e bergamotto, gelsomino, erbe di macchia mediterranea e note iodate.
👅Bocca equilibrata, gustosa freschezza, coerenza con l’olfatto e finale leggermente sapido di grande soddisfazione. 🍳Impepata di cozze.

It is inevitable that moments of relaxation should be accompanied by a glass of wine, possibly fresh and drinkable as Critone from Librandi, a white that refreshes with its acid vein, but be careful that the bottle ends very quickly😁. The winery is located in Cirò Marina, on the side of the Ionian Sea, family-run, is a landmark of the wines of the region.
